' Of This Place: Grevillea' is an original limited edition handcrafted linocut print. A small observational study of native Australian flora, each print is carved and printed by hand. The work captures the distinctive rhythm and structure of the grevillea leaf through a process that embraces both precision and variation. This piece speaks to my ongoing exploration of my sense of place and the varied language of my local landscape. Each print in the edition carries its own unique qualities, revealing the tactile nature of the lino print process. A beautiful rhythmic intimate artwork for contemporary, coastal or rustic interiors and for collectors who celebrate and enjoy the beauty of Australian native plants.
