Shipping & Returns
Every effort is made to provide images of my paintings as true to the original as possible, in natural light. However, values can vary with photography and as such I always recommend a studio visit to view the work in person wherever possible prior to purchase, to ensure you are happy with the piece.
Please also bear in mind that the light quality in your home may impact the impression of the painting and this should be taken into consideration when considering a purchase.
Works on canvas are on artist quality primed canvas over kiln dried timber stretchers and are ready to hang with D-hooks. Paintings are sealed with an archival varnish to enable surface cleaning with a damp cloth.
Works on paper are unframed, unless otherwise specified, and I highly recommend framing behind glass or acrylic as soon as possible. Framing is at the purchaser's expense.
Where framing is included this will be specified in the product description and is included in the price of the artwork. All framed work is professionally completed by a reputable framer and includes the mat, frame and 3 mm acrylic glazing, is sealed on the reverse with framers tape and ready to hand with D-rings and wire attached.
Payment for the artwork, including shipping costs to your address, must be made in full prior to shipment. All shipments will be sent registered via Australia Post or a reputable courier company, which will require a signature on delivery.

In-person delivery for works over 71 cm x 71 cm to Sunshine Coast and Brisbane locations.
Works less than 70 cm x 70 cm via Australia Post is free.
Works over 71 cm x 71 cm via courier at cost. Please request a shipping quote prior to purchase.
Work will be packed and shipped by specialist courier at cost. Please request a shipping quote prior to purchase. Additional insurance cover can be purchased at cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Fuss free returns and exchanges, provided the work is returned to me within 14 days, in it's original packaging and undamaged.
If the artwork arrives with you and appears damaged please contact me immediately on receipt, with images of the damage.
If, on receipt of the original piece, you don’t love the artwork, please contact me to discuss exchange options, requests for which I will accommodate where possible, depending on the availability of another suitable artwork of the same or lesser value.
Return shipping is at customers expense.
