There is a fine line between uncertainty offering a sense of freedom and in turn, freedom creating uncertainty. It’s easy sometimes to feel adrift in this liminal space where thoughts become untethered and conscious navigation of them seems out of reach; with the only alternative being just drift along, contemplating events and experiences without allowing particular thoughts to reach a specific destination.
