‘Nightfall’ is a time to let go. This painting evokes feelings of nostalgia that arrive at times when endings and beginnings softly intertwine. Times when the world is draped in easy peacefulness in the fading light and emotional safety feels accessible. Beginning again tomorrow is possible only if I put down and let go of, the story of today.
