All framing, glazing and finishing is undertaken by trusted local professionals.

 

ORIGINALS

 

Originals on board are individually custom bloc framed, with a 5mm wide profile giving a light and retro slimline look to the front of the painting. These frames are 40mm deep (similar depth to a standard stretched canvas).

 

Originals on canvas are individually custom float framed with a 10mm wide frame. These frames are 10mm wide and 55mm deep.

 

Listed originals are framed in either Black, White or Oak according to the artists selection.

White: 10mm (W) x 55mm (D)

Australian Oak: 10mm (W) x 55mm (D)

Custom originals and commissions can be framed in the colour of your choice:

Black, White, Whitewash or Australian Oak.

 

Originals are delivered to you ‘Ready to Hang’ with D-Hooks, hanging cord and felt corner stoppers attached to the back. Wall hooks are not supplied. Please ensure you select the appropriate hook for the wall surface and the weight of your original artwork.

 

PAPER PRINTS – UNFRAMED

 

Professional framing, including a minimum of one single mat board surround, is highly recommended to ensure the longevity of your print. We include a trimmed 2cm white border around the printed image for ease of handling by you and your framer, avoiding the need to handle the image surface directly, keeping your new print in pristine condition.

 

PAPER PRINTS – FRAMED

 

Our paper prints are framed with a 55mm single white mat print surround with a bevelled edge, between the print and the glazing.

 

External frame colour options are Black, White and Australian Oak with the following dimensions:

30mm (W) x 20mm (D).

 

Framed paper prints are delivered to you ‘Ready to Hang’ with D-Hooks, hanging cord and felt corner stoppers attached to the back. Wall hooks are not supplied. Please ensure you select the appropriate hook for the wall surface and the weight of your framed print.

 

GLAZING

 

Standard glazing for paper prints is available in two options:

 

Tru Vue Premium Clear 2.5mm Glass is suitable for framed paper prints that can be delivered across our free delivery areas, (including Sunshine Coast and surrounds, North Brisbane and CBD), or collected from the studio. We do not ship glass. If shipping is required, please select your product with acrylic glazing.

 

Tru Vue Premium Clear 2.5mm Acrylic is suitable for framed paper prints for clients requiring shipping domestically in Australia and internationally.  This product is shatter resistant, lighter weight than glass, and has higher UV blocking properties than glass.

 

Museums and galleries are now preferring acrylic glazing over glass, for durability and safer handling without any compromise to the viewer experience.

 

CANVAS PRINT – UNSTRETCHED

 

For ease of shipping, we offer our canvas prints with full image printing and an additional unprinted border to allow for stretching on a timber frame by your local framing specialist, who will also be able to add a floating frame in the colour of your choice. This is a cost-effective option to minimise shipping costs, particularly for Australian interstate and international clients.

 

CANVAS PRINTS – GALLERYWRAP

 

Our stunning Gallerywrap prints on canvas include a seamlessly printed mirrored extension of the image that wraps around the edges of the custom-made timber stretcher, creating a 3-dimensional look to the artwork print. This ensures no cropping of, or reduction in the image size, or distortion of the artwork image. The full original image is printed to scale in your chosen size.

 

A kiln dried timber stretcher frame is custom made to order to suit your chosen print size, with a profile depth of 40mm (D) with additional corner bracing for larger sizes.

 

Gallerywrap canvas is designed to be wall hung without additional external framing, making the product lighter to handle and hang, giving a modern contemporary look and feel to any space.

 

Gallerywrap canvas prints are delivered to you ‘Ready to Hang’ with D-Hooks, hanging cord and felt corner stoppers attached to the back. Wall hooks are not supplied. Please ensure you select the appropriate hook for the wall surface and the weight of your framed print.

 

CANVAS PRINTS – FRAMED

 

Prints on canvas are first stretched on a custom-made kiln dried timber frame (with additional corner bracing for larger sizes) and then finished with a floating frame in a colour of your choice, with a 5mm shadow gap between the stretched canvas and the frame, enhancing the finished look.  This is an elegant and classic product, and when framed to suit your décor is a beautiful and stylish addition to any space.

All our print products, are custom-made to order, please allow up to 14 days for your selection to be created (and a further 7 -10 days for delivery). Production times are often less but may vary depending on the schedule of our printing professionals and availability of framing materials.

 

If your order is urgent, please advise, and we will do our best to accommodate client timeframes.

 

We will communicate with you if there are any unforeseen delays in creating and shipping your products.

STUDIO COLLECTION

 

Order collection from our Peregian Beach studio is welcomed and can generally be arranged at a time to suit you, 10am - 3pm Monday to Saturday or on a Sunday in special circumstances. We’ll let you know when your order is ready to go so we can organise a time.

 

FREE DELIVERY AREAS

 

Free delivery to Sunshine Coast and surrounds is available for all originals and paper and canvas print products.

 

Free delivery to North Brisbane suburbs and the CBD is available on all originals, framed paper prints, Gallerywrap canvas prints and framed canvas prints.

 

Free delivery does not apply to unframed paper prints and unstretched canvas prints.

 

SHIPPING – SINGLE ITEMS

 

Postage, packing and delivery costs for single items to all other domestic Australian and international destinations is calculated during the order review stage of the checkout process, prior to submitting your order for payment.

 

The utmost care is taken with the shipping of original works and our framed prints on paper and canvas. For oversized items unable to be shipped via Australia Post we will select a preferred courier company or art moving transport company to ensure your item reaches you undamaged and in ready to hang condition. In special circumstances we may need to make an additional charge for shipping and delivery of our largest products; if so, we will communicate this to you as soon as possible, taking account of shipping charges already paid, and before we commence production of your product.

 

Standard postage is via Australia Post, which includes tracking, and is used for all unframed/unstretched products.

 

Estimated delivery time via Australia Post is 7-10 days for all domestic Australian destinations.

Unframed print products are generally shipped within 24hrs of production.

Framed print products are generally shipped within 3-4 days of production.

 

International delivery times for all products will vary according to your location. We’ll let you know when your order is on its way.

 

SHIPPING – MULTIPLE ITEMS

 

If you're ordering multiple products that can be shipped together, please select the 'multi-ship' option and a separate invoice will be sent out to you for payment once the most cost-effective delivery option has been reviewed and costs calculated. Payment for both product and shipping costs are required before production of your order can commence.

 

DESTINATION TARRIFS/IMPORT DUTY

 

Please be aware that on occasion import duty may be payable in your destination country. Check with your relevant postal service before placing your order as refunds/credits cannot be issued where products are returned to us due to non-payment of tariffs by the receiver.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS CONFIRMATION

 

We may contact you via email when your order is ready for shipping for final confirmation of your delivery address to avoid potential delays due to differences in delivery addresses in the Australia Post system vs address details held by your local postal service, (this is particularly relevant to international orders).

Unframed paper prints are wrapped in tissue and shipped rolled in a standard cardboard tube.

 

Unstretched canvas prints are shipped rolled in a large sturdy cardboard tube.

 

60cm or smaller originals and acrylic framed prints are carefully wrapped, packed and shipped in a custom-made corrugated cardboard box with suitable recycled packaging filler.

 

60 cm or larger acrylic framed prints are professionally wrapped, packed and shipped in a custom-made premium quality double walled corrugated cardboard box.

 

Paper prints framed in glass are suitable for free local delivery or studio collection only.

Recycled and recyclable packaging materials are used wherever possible.

You’re welcome to call into the studio to view currently available originals and samples of our fine art prints; and explore and discuss framing options if you’re considering a purchase. Custom print options and sizes are available on request.

It may be possible to accommodate same day studio visits but a minimum of 24hrs notice prior to your preferred visiting time is welcomed.

 

We also offer a try-before-you buy option for Sunshine Coast clients looking to purchase an original artwork. Take a painting home and try it in your space before committing to a purchase. This option is subject to the painting being available from the studio and does not apply to those currently on consignment to a gallery. In this instance the gallery would need to make those arrangements with you directly, as their policies vary.

All originals are initialled on the front of the painting beneath the final varnish (generally in the bottom right corner) and have a handwritten non removeable authenticity label securely affixed to the reverse of the painting. 

 

Open Edition paper and canvas prints do not carry an original signature.

 

Limited Edition prints are signed in the white border below the image, along with the edition number and painting title.

 

The copyright of all images remains with the artist and reproduction of any original artwork, print or other images from the artist’s website or social media pages must not be made without the expressed written consent of the artist. Infringement penalties will apply.

Our image capture process is undertaken by our trusted image capture and art printing specialist who has over 35 years’ professional experience in the digital printing business. State-of-the-art technology including a 400 Megapixel camera and studio lighting enables us to offer far superior image reproduction results to other artwork image capture processes, including scanning. Each High-Resolution digital image is manually spot checked against the original artwork for absolute colour and density accuracy.   

 

Canon pigment inks are used in our printing process, giving exceptional colour rendition and enabling perfect colour matching with, and detail capture from, the original artwork. With an archival standard lightfastness rating, your print colours are guaranteed to stay as vibrant as the day your print was made for years to come.

 

Our paper and canvas types and weights have been specifically selected for their archival art production qualities. Sealers and coatings are museum-grade to provide long term protection from UV light and moisture.

 

Canvas stretching is hand finished with tight, neatly folded corners and durable hanging furniture ready for installation. Custom framing for all our products is carried out by a small dedicated team, ensuring oversight of your order from production to completion.

Fuss-free return, refund or exchange if you are not entirely happy with your purchase for any reason.

 

Simply re-wrap, return in the packaging, undamaged and in as new condition for a full refund.

 

If the painting has been damaged in transit on its way to you, please forward an image of the damaged painting and packaging and the cost of return shipping will also be refunded.

 

Your purchase must be returned within 7 days.

 

Exchanges will be subject to availability of another piece of the same value. If there isn't an artwork available, you may choose to take a credit towards a future purchase or opt for a full refund.

 

Refunds do not apply where a product has arrived, undamaged but subsequently returned to us by local post services due to tariffs or import duties being left unpaid by the receiving customer.
